Savoury Impossible Pie

4 eggs
1 ½ c fresh milk
1 c plain flour
¾ c. shredded cheddar or tasty cheese
300 g. chopped up bacon
150 g chopped up spinach and silver beet
2 T finely chopped up chives
1 T chopped up carrots or shredded
Pepper and salt to taste

Grease a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and milk and sift in flour, and mix until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pour mixture into the prepared pie dish.
Bake at 150 deg C for 40 minutes or until set.
Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with fresh green salad and sweet & sour sauce, tomato sauce or chutney.
