Penis Stretching or Penis Weights?
I’ve seen this topic debated for the last 12 years or so that I can count. Basically, both methods have their individual merits. “Pros and Cons” if you will.
first, stretching with hands
Pros with “manual stretching” as it is often called in the physical education community, they are usually quoted as follows:
It can be done anytime you drop your pants.
It requires no “tools” or devices.
A guy can stretch in any direction he can imagine.
Many stretching variations can be done. You can use just your hands, incorporate a “leverage” point with the forearm of your other hand, or a tube, for example. They seem to improve perceived stretching, and so it is often reasoned, stretching is or should be more effective.
Cons of manual stretches are usually cited as:
Requires the use of hands. This avoids any kind of multitasking. You can just lie down during your stretching routine and do nothing else.
It requires a lot of mental stamina and concentration. You are your own “drill sergeant”.
There is no way to actually determine the amount of resistance used. Resistance is completely based on your level of physical strength and your perception of the stretch.
The hands have many small muscle groups with very low resistance levels. Hands get tired very quickly. This limits not only the amount of resistance that can be applied, but also the duration of each stretch. Therefore, you need to do multiple repetitions of stretches. The average man is able to hold a stretch for 30-60 seconds after communicating with men about their stretching routines and my own experience.
As the penis adapts to the resistance applied through stretching, more force is needed to continue making the penis bigger. Most men are not bodybuilders and are limited by how much resistance they can continue to apply to their penis with their muscles.
Combine all these “Cons” and the stretch is pretty limited and involves a lot of guesswork.
Hanging weights, “Pros and cons”.
It is possible to use an exact amount of predetermined resistance in the form of an amount of weight. Usually, barbell weight plates. No guesswork.
Weights are easy to come by and don’t cost much. Usually a few dollars per plate depending on the weight level of the plate.
It is possible to hold a stretch through hanging weights for a predetermined period of time. No guesswork here either. Instead of several “around” stretches (again guesswork) of 30-60 seconds each, a man can hold ONE, long stretch for 15-20 minutes at a time.
As the penis adapts and requires more weight/resistance to keep getting bigger, more weight can easily be added.
Requires a device to hang. A “hanger,” as it is more commonly called. These can be hand made by man for a few dollars or so, or bought “ready made”. Price will vary. Some devices cost up to $200. “Ready” hangers are always the best route as they actually hold the penis the way it should be from the inside out.
It requires wrapping the penis to protect the skin. This is not difficult to learn to do correctly.
Requires purchase of weights. However, as mentioned above, they are cheap.
It requires a man to stand or sit in one position for 15-20 minutes at a time for a few “sets” a day. The good news is that your hands and mind are free to multitask. I often read, watch TV, watch movies, surf the web, talk on the phone, etc. while hanging
Hanging weights is an investment, but a very small one. Many men happily pay thousands of dollars for a surgery that carries far more risks than lifting weights. Risks such as infection, rejection, retraction or loss of size, and (surprised???) using a hanging device post-op for best results. Surgery also carries no guarantee of results. The doctor will make a vague statement like “You can expect a half inch to an inch of flaccid length gain, and I can’t guarantee an erect length gain, but if you do proper post-op protocol (ie: hanging weights. ) you can gain one to three inches over several months.” SOOOO why get surgery when you can just lift weights, save a TON of $$ and basically have the same chance of winning?
By following a well-guided and easy-to-follow routine, a man can gain as much size as he wants. It’s not rocket science.
I teach men how to make their penises bigger permanently. I sell a device I call the Malehanger for only $35 + shipping.
