1. Ab wheel
That little gadget that has handles and wheels…well, it works…pretty well too. So go find one. Hold the handles while standing on your knees or on your toes. Now rotate the abdominal wheel in front of you as far as possible. Simple enough. OK, now turn it back on. Wow, that was harder than you thought.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to do much to get good results. Just do 5 sets of as many reps as you can do each day. You can do all 5 sets at once or break them up throughout the day…it doesn’t matter.
2. Isometric abdominal presses
What you do is squeeze and flex your abs as hard as you can. Hold for 10-15 seconds, release. Rest and repeat. Do this for a total of 5 minutes each day. Again, you can split them up or do them all at once…no big deal either way. You only have to enter the total 5 minutes each day.
3. Spin like a child
Although it is not a direct waist and abs exercise, it works to help you lose fat in the waist and belly region. What you do is spin clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings. Do between 5 and 20 turns. Stop when you feel a little dizzy…this may take a few sets until you know this number.
This stimulates the endocrine system to balance the hormone production it controls. Since most people have safe hormone levels, this will solve this problem and pave the way for accelerated weight loss.
