Anxiety Depression Syndrome

Anxiety Depression Syndrome will not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race or religion. Anyone can achieve it, but not everyone takes the all-important steps to get treatment for the disease. Although women are more likely to struggle with the condition, men can too, but women often recognize that something is wrong enough that they need help. Many men try to overcome it on their own and are slower to seek help.

The problem begins when people try to pass off what they experience as normal, even when the feelings persist. It is not unusual to have a wide swing of emotion: from sadness to joy, from anxiety to feeling blue.

What separates a more serious condition from a normal one is when the feelings don’t go away. If you have a life event and you feel stuck in that event or you struggle with a depression that is holding you back, chances are it won’t go away on its own. Some people don’t want to seek help for anxiety-depression syndrome because they think it will make people think they have a mental disorder or that they “can’t handle” their problems. Having this syndrome does not mean that you have a mental disorder, nor does it mean that your problems are more than you can handle.

It just means that at this point in life, your body isn’t up to speed enough to handle what’s going on. There are so many factors involved in the cause of the syndrome that there is no reason to blame yourself. You do not know that the disease was not caused by a health problem, so it is essential to consult the doctor.

The physical results of living with this untreated chronic disease can vary from person to person. They can also appear in random order, a few at a time, or all at once. Some of the main symptoms of the disease are tension throughout the body, insomnia, tremors, painful headaches and a general feeling of illness. Most people know what anxiety is and they know what depression is. What exactly does it mean when you have this combined syndrome?

The word syndrome means that things happen at the same time. They are all the symptoms that go hand in hand with a disease or condition. Anxiety depression syndrome has different symptoms that can let you know if you might have the condition.

One of the main characteristics of this is when a person persists in a state of worry even when there is nothing to worry about. It can be unfounded fear and anxiety. Just because the fear and anxiety may be about things that haven’t happened doesn’t mean that what you’re feeling isn’t real.

What can you do?

Your doctor or mental health professional will of course advise you about medical and cognitive or emotional health issues. And there are some things you can do on your own that can affect anxiety depression syndrome.

If you’ve been following brain fitness discoveries in the last couple of years, you’ve seen the words neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.

Neurogenesis refers to the growth of new neurons daily, something no one knew we humans could do even 15 years ago, and neuroplasticity refers to the connections neurons make when they learn something new. These new connections can happen within moments of exposure, so it turns out that the brain is much more dynamic than we knew, and that dynamism can be fostered, it should be encouraged every day by living a lifestyle in cerebral form.

Exercise, nutrition that includes plenty of omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants, good sleep, stress management, and new learning experiences.

However, your attention to the pillars must be daily for best results.

I’m not sure about you, but I can give up a commitment to some exercise and some online brain fitness computer programs, for example, if it makes my brain bigger.
