OK sir, DON’T panic! I know you haven’t had a date in YEARS. I bet you think everything has changed, right? BAD Everything is pretty much the same. Dating is dating guys. Women will always be women and men will always be men. Really the only thing that has changed since the 70’s are those nasty polyester shirts with big collars. Or powder blue leisure suits I think. WHORE! Luckily, you have me to help and guide you through this new and stressful time in your life.

There could be many reasons why you’re getting back on the dating scene. Maybe you’re recently divorced and finally want to start dating again. Or, unfortunately, your wife died. Whatever the case, everyone deserves to find love again. Like you. So I will be your coach on this topic. I’ll explain all the steps needed to get back into the dating pool and be successful. The ladies won’t know what hit them!

Step 1- Makeover! YES, you got me right. It’s time to step up and take charge. Luckily, once again I’m here to help. It is VERY important that you update your wardrobe and style with just a few pieces to start with. Throw away old clothes that are too thick or too tight. You need to make sure that your new clothes fit perfectly. Wow, that rhymed. Ok, enough kidding, let’s get back to business.

Step 2- Get a new hair style! I have trained many men who have NO idea what style looks good on them or what product to use. I have made it my mission to carefully demonstrate what hair styles look best on “the individual”. Not just what you see in a magazine, but what looks good on you.

Step 3: Hit the gym! If you have time before your appointment, be sure to get in a quick workout. Not only will it get your blood flowing and give you energy, but it will also give you some inner confidence and a sense of well-being. Exercise has been shown to release endorphins in the brain that will make you feel GREAT!

Step 4- Be yourself! I know this doesn’t seem like much, but I’ve seen many men try to impress on the first date and it only resulted in failure. Women know when you are sincere or not. So be your handsome, charming self and get that second date.

Dating doesn’t have to be a chore, guys. It should be fun, exciting and above all enjoyable. It shouldn’t be stressful or frustrating at all. This is a time for you to connect with that special new person who has the potential to bring great happiness back into your life. So breathe, relax and enjoy. The rest will take care of itself.
