Three "Old School" Penis Exercising Tricks That the Pros Use For Penile Enlargement

Surprisingly, some of the best ways to get every little bit of growth in your penis is to use supplements to your enlargement program that don’t seem to be of much use. This is one of the ways that professionals get impressive size results, while other people stay with the same penis size as last year. So, even if something seems simple and not worth implementing, don’t discount the potential gains you can make by using it.

Here are three tips that old people swear by. It might not seem worth your time to implement these plugins, but I assure you, they are worth it.

1) Heat – There are many methods and ways in which men do a “warm-up” routine, but this is the best method. A wet towel should be heated in the microwave or with hot water. Remove about half of the water so the towel is well saturated and slightly dripping. The thicker the towel, the better. The hotter the better, too, just make sure you don’t burn your penis.

Wrap your penis in the towel so that it has two or three layers around it. You should have a 50-75% erection at this point. Allow the heat to soak into the penile tissues to relax and loosen them. Moist heat is much more penetrating than dry heat, so use a damp towel. A good six minutes should do the trick. Not only will the penile tissues become looser and more flexible, but the extra heat will increase blood flow to the penis. This is especially important to note with jelqing, as it is good.

Again, make sure the temperature is not too hot! You don’t want to burn yourself. Also keep in mind that the skin on the penis will become more elastic (you want it) but it will also be more fragile and prone to injury. So, take it easy and take your time so you don’t injure yourself when you continue with your exercises. Of course, before performing the penile exercises, be sure to use a lubricant or a lubricated condom to decrease possible desensitisation of the receptor due to friction.

Other variations include a very hot bath, shower, sauna or hot tub. The towel trick seems to work better, IMO.

2) Heat – Not only should a hot and humid device be applied before exercise, but it should also be applied after exercise. You can get a small electric board at a hobby store that will allow you to select a certain temperature. Then you can get a pot, some water and a couple of small towels and keep them at the temperature you want. One applied before exercising, and one applied after exercising. Having the second towel on hand as soon as you’re done, for its application, is what you can use this little electric plate for. That way you can apply the second towel when you’re done right away. Follow the same routine as the first towel. Again, don’t burn yourself out and experiment with what feels best to you. Most guys like the temperature of the second towel to be slightly lower than the first. This is probably because the penile tissues are more sensitive after exercise.

The application of the second towel is as important, if not more so, than the first application of the towel. Again, these supplements are especially important when jelqing exercises are over, but these supplements are applicable and certainly worthwhile for other penis-type exercises as well. When applying the second warm wet towel, after exercise, what very important thing? Keep your penis full of blood. You see, heat is a vasodilator. This means it will open up your blood vessels. This is why your penis turns red (or any other part of your skin, like after a very hot shower). This added heat will help ensure that the arteries in your penis stay open and full of blood (thereby filling your penis).

And why is this important? It’s important because this “fresh” blood contains the nutrients and oxygen needed for penile tissues to heal properly. Applying this heat will also accentuate and stretch the vasodilator responses you fostered with your jelqing exercises. This means you will heal faster and grow faster too.

3) Penis pump application – After exercise, these nifty gadgets are worth ten times their weight in gold bars. After the exercise process is complete, with your “Warm Down”, relax for a few minutes with the towel removed. Don’t wait too long, though. Now, apply the penis pump to your penis and gently bring the vacuum to a moderate pressure. Not too much, as blood vessels and skin are sensitive and worn after exercises. So again, don’t pump too high. All that is needed is a low to moderate vacuum.

Simply relax for about three to five minutes with the pump applied. It has the same effect as your “Warm Down” towel application in that it will accentuate the exercises you just did and help you heal faster by increasing fresh blood loaded with nutrients and fresh oxygen.

Simple but extremely effective.
