I do know a few people who, from the outside, appear to be in good shape, because they are not “fat, but have high cholesterol.

However, I know these aren’t the healthiest food choices, so I have them about 2-3 times a month. I don’t give up my favorite foods, I just eat them in moderation so that I don’t dare to put on excess weight.
