These exercises address age-specific aerobics, strength, flexibility and balance in a short workout 3 times per week.
3 Healthy nutrition
This part of the anti-aging program is about eating the right foods to fight inflammation and oxidative stress. Ideally, foods would contain the nutrients we need as we age, but they probably don’t. Specific supplementation is usually required.
