Babies normally breastfeed up to 8 times a day and by drinking when you nurse your baby, you will be able to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Foods to avoid

Do not drink juices and sugary drinks. They can make you gain more weight. It’s also not good to have too much caffeine when you’re breastfeeding because it can get into your breast milk and keep your baby awake.
