- Drink more water: Breastfeeding mothers need plenty of water to ensure abundant milk production. If you regularly have problems with your baby crying after mealtimes, it may be a supply problem rather than a diet problem. Drinking more water also helps cleanse your body and will make you healthier overall.
Breastfeeding is a positive choice in your baby’s life. By making sure you’re not unintentionally causing breastfeeding colic through your diet choices, you can be sure you’re giving your baby the best nutrition possible in those early months.
