The tram tour is highly recommended, otherwise visitors will do a lot of walking and the eastern part of the park is not walkable. At the second tram station, there is a walking path “The Leopard Trail” to observe giraffes, flying squirrels, lions and other animals.

Jurong Bird Park is an open-plan park and its collection of over 8,000 birds of 600 species is among the largest in the world. The park specializes in Southeast Asian birds. The park has four walk-in aviaries, including the largest walk-in aviary in the world with the tallest man-made waterfall. The bird shows, held at the Pools Amphitheater and Fuji Hawk Promenade, are entertaining and informative and have delighted visitors from around the world.

Chinese garden and Japanese garden is located next to Lakeside MRT. A very nice place for visitors to relax and in September/October every year there is a lantern festival where the garden is lit by thousands of lanterns for a wonderful nighttime experience.

Singapore Science Center houses over 850 science and technology exhibits. Omni-Theatre is an Omnimax cinema and planetarium located next to the Science Center.
