Delicious oatmeal and strawberry bars
What do you need:

2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup light brown sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch
-
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger and kosher salt in a medium bowl. Stir in the melted butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture to reserve. Press the rest into an 8 x 8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Arrange half the strawberries on the crust, top with cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar. Scatter the remaining berries and the reserved crumble on top. Bake in preheated (375F) oven until golden brown and fruit is bubbling, about 35 to 40 minutes. Refrigerate to cool completely. Once ready, cut it into bars and enjoy!
Strawberries stuffed with Nutella
What do you need:

15 fresh strawberries

1/2 cup Nutella

1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds
Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Hollow out each strawberry half with 1/4 teaspoon. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella into each strawberry half then top generously with chopped almonds. Serve and consume immediately.
Easy Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chopped pound cake, plus more for garnish

1 can sweetened condensed milk
Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, using a mixer. Add strawberries, cake and condensed milk. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Garnish with additional strawberries and pound cake. Cover and freeze in refrigerator until firm, at least 5-6 hours.
Once ready, remove from the fridge and let soften for a few minutes before serving.
