Well it’s that time of year…….. You guessed it, it’s crazy out of control, why isn’t my son playing more, let’s fire the coach , then let’s lynch him, time of year. It’s true his football season. To make sure, I mean your child is having a great season, here are some ideas that I think might help.

Play catch with him, he’ll enjoy that more than sitting on the couch watching SpongeBob SquarePants. It is very important that your child receives some sort of conditioning and training before the start of the season. You and I both know that on the first day of practice, the coach won’t be happy until the kid vomits. Make sure it’s not your child.

While Johnny watches that episode of SpongeBob SquarePants where he thinks Patrick’s star stole his jellyfish net, which Johnny has probably seen at least 6 times. Encourage him to stretch while he watches television. I got into the habit of doing it while I was playing and I get my kids to do it.
