For 4 people

INGREDIENTS

1 liter of whole milk

4 tablespoons of rice flour

4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar

1 1/2 cups cinnamon apple pulp (sitafal), seeded

We will now prepare Sitaphal Firni

Mix 4 tablespoons of rice flour in half a cup of milk

Boil 1 liter of whole milk in a saucepan.

When boiling, stir the cold mixture of rice flour and milk into the hot milk.

Boil it until the rice ground cooks.

When the rice flour is cooked, add sugar to taste.

Let the mixture cool.

When the mixture returns to normal room temperature, you will find that it thickens.
