  • Dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese are high in protein but can be high in fat. Select the low-fat variety

Plant Protein

  • Beans have a high percentage of protein, especially soybeans, which contain almost as much protein as meat. There are a number of soy products that can provide you with protein – burgers, milk, ice cream, tofu. There are many other beans readily available – lima beans, navy beans, kidney beans, kidney beans
  • Vegetables – broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes

If you haven’t started including them in your diet to replace the foods you’ve always eaten, now is the time to start. If you don’t change your diet, you won’t lose belly fat.
