Diet and exercise rules for female abs
1. Belly Rubs
A little strange, huh? Well, yes…but they work. What you are doing is rubbing your hands together for 10-15 seconds to generate heat. Then, while lying down, rub small circles around your navel with one of your hands.
This accomplishes 2 things. First, the heat from your hands penetrates through your skin and into your fat deposits in your abs. Heat helps loosen and disintegrate fat cells. Second, this circular motion helps make your digestion more efficient. The more efficient digestion is for you, the easier it is to lose weight.
Do this technique for 3 to 5 minutes every day.
2. Hula Hoop
Yes, hula hoops work great for toning your waist and hips. A year from now, I predict this will be the last weight loss craze. Spin it around your waist for 5-10 minutes every day.
3. Eat 2-3 apples a day
Apples are excellent because they are high in fiber (5 grams), high in water and very filling. It’s the perfect snack. Another way to use it is to eat 1 before each meal to help “eliminate” the other calories from that meal…since you’ll be eating fewer meals because of the apple.
4. Eat 1 can of black beans or 3 ounces of lentils every day
Black beans and lentils are what I consider “super foods”. They are rich in protein and fiber. Each can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber and 25 grams of protein…not bad for 48 cents. And they’re easy to cook…5 minutes max.
Lentils are even better…each 1 pound bag has 143 grams of fiber and 130 grams of protein…for only 72 cents. The only downside to lentils is that they take 30 minutes or more to cook. It is therefore better to cook a large quantity and reheat them later.
So if you want beautiful, feminine abs, just follow these 4 diet and exercise rules.
