How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout
Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. This is better than jogging and crunches… and much shorter, only 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.
Hundreds of my clients have proven that this is the best and most effective way to lose stomach fat.
Belly fat loss workout
1. Hindu squats
This is a squat version without weights. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible while you swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. Do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts the stomach fat quickly.
So the total time, 5 minutes so far.
2. Spinning around in a circle like a child
This is a revolutionary exercise that does much more than help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a few times of doing it. Here’s what you do.
Rotate clockwise 5-15 reps with arms raised like airplane wings. Do it however many times it takes to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to be extremely dizzy. Then you will repeat that number for a total of 8 different spinning sets. Each set of spins takes 15 seconds or more.
Total time for spinning, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all the sets of spins one after the other, you can spread it over the whole day.
Now, the reason spinning around in a circle works is because it stimulates your Endocrine System to balance your hormonal imbalances. Almost everyone has an imbalance. The imbalance in hormones causes you to gain weight and harm your ability to lose weight.
