1. Set three goals (no more) per week to put into practice the tips below.

9. At the end of each week, evaluate your goal achievements, give feedback. Acknowledge successes and pat yourself on the back, no matter the success. If you had any challenges, write down what you can do in the next week to overcome them? Write down your three goals for the next week. Repeat every week.
